Work in
the making.
A working collection of ideas carried into the world — digital experiences, campaign systems and identities with a point of view. Honest about what's demo and what's live.
These entries are concept demonstrations of how we approach work — structure, process and outcome. Client case studies arrive in Volume 02 as projects go live.
NextGen
A complete identity and website build for a technology startup finding its first market — naming, visual language and a launch-ready site, all shaped in six weeks.
The brief asked for "serious but not corporate." We built the identity around a single confident mark and a type system that could flex from pitch decks to product UI, then carried it through a one-page launch site built to convert waitlist signups.
Start with the story investors and early users would both repeat. Design the mark last — words first. Then let the site prove the promise in one scroll.
A startup shouldn't need a six-month brand process before it can knock on doors. Identity, site and story can move together — if the scope stays honest.
Harmony
An ongoing growth engagement covering campaigns, ad creation and content systems for a consumer brand — built to show what was earned, not just what was spent.
The campaign system runs in four-week waves: one clear offer, three creative variants, honest kill rules. Creative that doesn't earn gets replaced — feelings don't outrun numbers.
Make the brand's social presence worth following even if you never buy — then make buying one honest tap away when the offer is right.
Marketing should behave like an operating cost with a return — not a mystery box. Wave planning and kill rules make it one.
Velora
A brand system built to flex across packaging, digital and retail touchpoints without losing its character — one voice, many surfaces.
Most identity work dies in translation: beautiful in the deck, broken on the box. Velora's rules were written around the hardest surface first — the packaging dieline — so everything easier just worked.
Design the constraint, not just the logo. A system survives when the guidelines say no clearly — so we wrote the nos first.
A brand system earns its keep the day someone you've never met applies it correctly. That's the test we design for.

CLIENT WORK
Concept, briefed properly
Each entry starts with a real-shaped brief — audience, constraint, success line — the same document a client project gets. No self-indulgent briefs.
Built, not moodboarded
Every entry ships as working artifacts — applied identities, real layouts, campaign sets — not a mood board collage. Made fast, reviewed honestly.
Written down honestly
What the entry proves, what it doesn't, and what we'd do differently — stated in plain words. The register only works if it's honest.
